Terms and conditions

By purchasing, the customer acknowledges these terms and conditions. 


All jewellery is handmade by Annie alone in her Sydney studio. Made to order pieces will take up to 5 weeks to produce, not including shipping time. All ready to ship items will be shipped within one to two business days. 

As each jewellery piece is handmade individually variations in texture, shape and stone colour may occur.


As all items are made to order, all online sales are final and unable to be refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault. If you believe an item is faulty, evidence of this must be provided within 3 business days of the parcel being delivered.


I put every effort into ensuring each piece is sent out in perfect condition, this includes the jewellery being sent safely in sturdy packaging. You will receive a shipping notification via email once your order has been made and processed. I am not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the post. 

Please note- If an order is processed with the incorrect address or contact information given at checkout, the customer is at fault and will need to pay additional postage fees in the case of it needing to be resent.


Ring resizing is a fee of $40. You must cover the shipping cost to send the item back to me. Please note that some products cannot be resized due to being made with fragile stones that cannot be heated up, so it's very important to select the right size.


Please check if your country has an import tax from Australia before ordering. You may need to pay a fee when the item reaches your country
